ipchains -> asl

hello,

i need a translation for the following ipchains rule:

$ipchains -A GOOD-BAD -p tcp --dport nntp -j MASQ

where GOOD is my lan and BAD the whole internet but not ANY because I have four other networks. two of them works with MASQ.
