DMZ setup, feedback wanted

I want to put a third NIC into my astaro box for a server that is controlled accessible from outside using a publically DMZ IP address-range (x.x.x.144/255.255.255.248) and from inside for backup/connection (private IP range: 192.168.0.0/255.255.0.0) reasons.

The idea is the following:

the problem is that I want to give the DMZserver an IP out of the public range, say x.x.x.147. What IP do I give to the internal third nic?

And how Do I set up the route that al requests from outside to x.x.x.147 wil be routed through NIC#3. And from inside: all requests to x.x.x.147 trough NIC#3

Can anyone give me a clue?
