hosts networks networkgroups

Hello,

I've a simple question (because it's my first asl). 
Can I define a host 192.168.111.45 255.255.255.255 and a network 192.168.111.0 255.255.255.0?
Because the host is a special host with more rules then the network.

Will I get any problems with rules or routing?
