Default Route Missing from Table!!!

I have two Firewalls with the exact problem.  When a firewall is rebooted or reloaded, the Default Route is missing from the Routing Table.

I have to issue a route command to work around this issue.

Both firewalls have been upgraded to 2.020.  Both firewalls have the IPSEC VPN enabled.  Something has changed via Up2Date to cause this problem.  

I first noticed this with 2.019.  Who else has had this problem?  Does anyone know of a fix?
