HTTP Packet Filter Problems

I have been scrounging the board for days and have been unable to find a solution to my problem.  Hopefully I havent missed it and am not wasting someone's time.  Here is how my Rules presently look:
  1  Any HTTP Any Allow  
  2  Any SMTP Any Allow  
  3  Any POP3 Any Allow  
  4  Any Kazaa Any Deny  
  5  Any Any Any Allow  
  6  PPTP Network PPTP Pool Any Allow  
Here's the problem.  I cannot get line 1 to work.  The only way I can access web pages is using line 5.  If I take line 5 out, I get no web page content.  If I put line 5 in and change line 1 to read:
  1  Any HTTP Any Deny
then I get NO web page content.  So that tells me that something in line 1 is working.  How can I get access  using HTTP without setting a rule that allows everything through?  Anyhelp would be great and if there is a post already that explains this that I could not find, pleae forward me to the right spot.  Thanks

    I have already done both.  I have not found a solution in either place, that is my reason for posting here.  Why will a rule set up to allow all HTTP traffic not work? I am interested in hearing an explantion of this.  Should you not be able to access web pages with just this one rule set?  Or should this rule be used with another?  I will continue to look through my manual and online, but I hope that someone could take some time to shine some light on my situation. thanks
