problem no ping pass outside from DMZ

I have a problem that no ping pass outside from DMZ.

My DNZ is made using DNAT,
and www and DNS server are set to DMZ.
My environment is as follows.
Global:210.249.1.250
Local :192.168.1.0
DMZ   :192.168.0.0 
prox arp on DMZ Netwerk Interface Card.

Please help.
