Not all can telnet to 110 on firewall

I have a mailserver behind firewall on same private network as rest of internal lan.

I can pop3 my mail okay.  Others can send mail but log shows denying them on port 110.

I can telnet domain.com 110  and it shows connecting to mailserver okay. Others fail telnet.

I have smtp proxy on. With only rule of internal to any to any.

  One of the others was receiving okay earlier. Mail is arriving okay at mailserver. Its just that port 110 is not activating at mailserver through firewall except for my computer. Settings seem same on all.

Any suggestions?
