Real ip or DNAT in DMZ

I wanna know if it's better to use DNAT or Proxy ARP for the servers in the DMZ. I've been given an couple of ip's for my servers so i can use them, but i have allready made the DMZ with DNAT and it seems to work good. But now i read somewhere that i also can use my real ip's in the DMZ with Proxy Arp(the option with a transfer network between the router and the asl is not possible for us). But in the faq i read that it is ugly to use Proxy arp. But now i wonder if it is better to use DNAT or Proxy arp.
