ADSL with Fixed address but not working

Hi,

I have an astaro (nestorix) server connected to a ADSL router.
192.168.254.3--192.168.254.1--(internet address 212.239.179.177)
I can connect to the internet but i can not get a connection to the ASTARO (hannibal) server.
This server (hannibal) gives the message in the live log:
>>>no RSA public key known for '192.168.254.3'

The first thing is that i can not make a VPN connection to 192.168.254.3 because it isn't an internet address.
The second is that when i set the connection remote address to any that i receive the above message.

I there anyone who can help me with this problem?

(I connected the two servers over VPN a few day's ago when the where on the same network so the configuration and the key are OK....)
