grc ports probe and IDENT not stealthed

Can anybody shed light on why ASL shows IDENT port 113 as closed when a probe is run from www.grc.com? All other ports appear stealthed.

I have tried a packet filter rule of:
any IDENT any drop/deny

to see if that helps but this doesn't appear to make any difference.
Any ideas greatly appreciated cos its really doing my head in!

I have the same problem with port 21 when scanning from http://scan.sygatetech.com/
