Port 80 and 113 closed

I went to www.grc.com and ran the port scanner against my Astaro box. Almost every port showed up as "stealth" as expected. Two ports were responding with "closed" messages, port 80 and 113. I have the HTTP transparent proxy running is that bears any relavance. Just curious why only those report closed status and if there is a way to make them "Stealth", not respond at all to scans
