problem with routing?

Hi...

say i have real IP realip.1 realip.2 realip.3 in same net.

and after i made a DNAT on realip.1, then i am not able to connect to realip.2 or realip.3, i can ping them, i can traceroute them, but i cannt make tcp/udp connection to them.. any suggestion?
