Problems with PPTP (Again ;)

I try to connect with WinNT40ws sp6 to PPTP and can't get connection through. I see few interesting lines in log.

Sep 17 11:38:40 asl pppd[10835]:No CHAP secret found for authenticating DOMEMSRV\jrp on pptp, trying aua with MS-CHAP
Sep 17 11:38:40 asl pppd[10835] [:$]s supported, sorry.

Do i have to update something or is it even possible to connect via pptp with winnt40ws ?

I didn't find any updates from microsoft.
