Not Running

Hi there, need some advice..there's some problem with my Astaro 1.7 (Beta).. all the while it was okay, but now.. I can't access via Web and I'm very sure the Firewall is not running and I'm not sure what's the cause? In the firewall network card (both) seems fine.. light's are running on both port
and in the switch seems ok to, does anyone.. what should I check, thank you very much.
