SuperRookie needs help. (3 NIC w/ DMZ)

Hello all. I am the definition of SuperRookie. I am using ASL 1.9B and I am trying to set up my box with 3 NICs. Like so

eth0 - Internal Network - 192.168.1.0
eth1 - External Network - Uses DHCP connected to Cable Modem
eth2 - DMZ - 192.168.3.0

I want to be able to serve HTTP, Mail, game server, etc. from the DMZ. Right now when I run ifconfig it shows the proper information for eth1 so I am pretty sure that DHCP is set up properly. I need some help with the routing though.

From the ASL box I am able to ping any Internet address and resolution works fine. But I cannot ping out or resolve from the internal network. I am sure that if someone can help me figure out the setup and routing for eth0 to get out then I will be able to do the rest on my own. I just need a little push in the right direction. Anyone?

Thanks
