 i will try WINS. Can i use DNAT for WINS like DNS ? But i cant find WINS in the protocoll list ?!

well WINS is very MS specific. It also uses ports 130~139 or something.
In fact, WINS is deprecated and will disappear soon. MS has seen the light of DNS and will now exclusively use DNS to resolve NETBiOS names.

Your problem with the broadcasts also would require a kind of "Master Browser" on your network (Samba can also do that, I think).

We do not have a MS networking expert here, but I can assure you that this problem is not ASL-specific.  [:)]
