Since a few day's my NIC card and the HUB that connects me to the Internet, the light that goes to the Astaro box wont stop flashing. It's like a rhythm. But nothing will get routed true the box and everything works fine. But it looks like there is somewhere traffic generated. The network monitor wont show me nothing. Also I dont see unusual port-scan's or packet's filtered. It could be a DDoS attack but if i check the connections to my computer I only see valid connections to homepages. Uhm I dont know where the traffic is coming from but this is very weird. Is there maybe a way to pub in a DDoS detection? or something like that. And will a ddos attack show up in the netstat list?
