Routing Private Networks

I have the following scenario :

1. External interface connected to router
2. Router Connected to the internet and, via tunneling, to an ADSL and a private network
3. Internal Network

Internal Network : 192.168.2.0/24
Private (tunneled) network : 192.168.0.0/24

GOALS :

a) Private (tunneled) network to use ASL as proxy fw
b) Private (tunneled) network to use Internal network resorces (hard disk, printers, etc)
c) Internal Network to use Private (tunneled) network resources

NOTE : Internal networks works flawlessly with ASL

Anybody to suggest a way of getting all that ??
