MIRC - Ident

How do i configure a ruleset for mirc?
i have tried with "any any any allow".
It Doesnt work.
I have tried to set up a socks proxy
and it generates the same error.
"No Ident response"
"Enable ident in your client"
I´ve tried to enable identd in my mirc client and it still doesnt work.
When iam sitting on the external net outside the firewall it works fine.
Please help.
