NTP from inside network

I need to enable NTP sync from my inside boxes to an outside server.
The rules I used were:
Protocol tcp/udp (I think only udp is necessary)
S/Port 123
D/Port 123

I then added a rule to the packet filter of:
From Internal => Firewall allow NTP.
