Basic Firewall terminology?

I've enabled pretty much all of the features I am interested in on the UTM. It is running quite nicely and seamlessly, really nice product.

My question is in regards to basic firewall terminology? I am trying to setup steam and mw3 to work from behind the UTM, but I cant get it working.

Here is the link to their information: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8571-GLVN-8711

Here is an example text:

  • UDP 27000 to 27015 inclusive (Game client traffic)

What do they mean by "inclusive" does that mean that the range includes 2700 and 27015?

Also what would be the source\destination address? what would be the source\destination port? I would like to see how this should look on the utm interface as I learn the basics of firewall administration.

THANKS
