Whatsapp delay through WIFI

Hi,

We use a SG230 firewall with several types of acces points (AP55C, AP100C, APX530)

Networking runs fine, we only experience a delay in recieving WhatsApp messages on our phones.

Whatsapp gives a notification: Probably some messages ...........

When you wait long enough, or disable wifi on your phone, the messages are coming in.

Is there someone who had the same problem and found a solution for it perhaps?

    Thank you for reaching out to the community, may we know the in which operation mode Web Filtering is deployed in ? 
    Can you capture the following logs from the shell in the following directory when the message is displayed on your devices: "Probably some messages..."
    1.) tail -f /var/packetfiltering.log | grep <SRC_IP>
    2.) tail -f /var/http.log | grep <SRC_IP>
    e.g - tail -f /var/http.log | grep X.X.X.X
