Did you configure the service 3CX media(neu) as TCP/UDP? If not, try to create a new definition as type TCP/UDP and let us know if that makes any difference.

Is Anti-Dos/Flooding protection configured for UDP on your firewall?
I would suggest you run a packet capture on the firewall on a port number that shows blocked while running the test to identify if the traffic arrives at the firewall or not.
Reference KBA:
Also, check the packerfilter logs concerning blocked ports.
