Hi Senthil and welcome to the UTM Community!

When you configure as in the 3CX guide suggested by Harsh, what do you experience when trying to use the phone system? Does doing #1 in Rulz (last updated 2020-11-12) give any information?

Hi Balfson,

I managed to do some settings on Full NAT and it's working well. We are not fully started to use the 3CX system.

We will start to use the system about April end only.

I will update here if any issues persist.

What do you see in the UTM's Firewall Live Log when that occurs on the 3CX?
