Can't get VoIP traffic out on UTM 9. Firewall rules in place, packets still getting dropped.

Hey guys, having an issue with our UTM here.

So we're trying to go hosted VoIP, but having issues getting traffic out of our UTM to hit the host servers.

Strange thing is that the mobile app for our provider works fine, on the network, but the desktop app doesn't.

I was given a list of IP's, hostnames and ports to setup.

For example, I've created a rule that says:

Any > TCP/UDP 32767:65535 > 217.xxx.xxx.0-217.xxx.xxx.191

as asked by the provider. Numbers in the IP replaced with x's.

Now when I run the app on my desktop, if I run Wireshark, locally, I can see packets to an IP in that range, with a port, again, in that range, being retransmitted (assuming cause it isn't getting out, so it's trying again.)

If I look at the Live Log, I can see the packets listed as "Default DROP".

I'm out of ideas, and not too sure what my next steps are. I've tried changing the priority, by moving the rules all the way to the top, I've had a look at other previous rules to see if any of them are in conflict, nothing of the sort as far as I can see.

I've even tried to set up the IP's/networks of the provider's VoIP servers on the "VoIP" section under "Network Protection" on the UTM.

If I make a rule that says

My laptop's IP > any > any, it seems to connect then.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
