QOS Setup for VPN Router in DMZ Network for WhatsApp / FB Messenger

Hello,

I need some help with setting up QOS on my Sophos UTM. I have my VPN Router within a DMZ. I would like to activate QOS for WhatsApp / FB Manager. Do I have just to activate QOS for the VPN Interface, or do I need to activate Internal and VPN Interface under QOS - Status Tab?

What are the short understandable steps for a beginner to get this accomplished:)

    Configuring QoS is difficult until you learn it well.  If you do need help, you will need to tell us more specifically how you're using WhatsApp / FB Manager and how that's related to the VPN.  What the VPN interface is if the VPN endpoint is on a router in your DMZ.

    thanks for your reply. Using WhatsApp / FB for Audio Video Calls. All Devices are connection through the Internet via eth2 OpenVPN connection.

    The VPN Connection has 50Mbit Download / 20Mbit Upload. Please see here config.

     

     

       How do I have to configure QOS to reserve like 1MBit Down / Up for the 2 Services like when Clients are connected via Wifi and via SSL?
