configure the settings in Sophos UTM that the employees receive a notification about their spam mails

notify the users about the new e-mails they'll receive 'bout blocked spam mails.

configure SingleSignOn for the mail manager, so the user doesn't need to login manually.

    Hello,

    you try to ask "how-to" ... i think.

    For notification, you configure the Quarantine Report within Email Protection.

    The mail contains a link at the blocked mail, from which the possible Spam can released without logon.

    The Mail-manager within userportal needs authentication.

    I mean, the User should get the spam mail notification to their Outlook. I need to configure the Sophos UTM Mail manager, in the way that the user can open the Mail manager when they get the spam mail notification and they can unblock the spam mail with SSO.
