Office 365 service no one is able to connect

Hello All,

i am new to this forum and also a biggener in sophos. we are havig outlook application and also office 365 service, every thing was working fine till we updated our free license as it was going to get expired after we have update it our users start to get issue in connecting to any office 365 service it will keep showing connecting with no luck. and when i checked the log i found the below how can this be solved??
