How to set up VOIP - OOMAS Provider

Im implementing firewall and configuring it but i cant make voip work through firewall, i created firewall rules, dnat, enabled voip and still not working, it keep dropping a UDP packets, this is the log:

already did a rule base on ports and the dns of oomas server but it doesn't work:



Also, the line is up, i can dial ext, because i created a rule that allow the connection to the servers:



but i cannot hear nothing both ways.
