Applications bypass Sophos UTM XG

Question

Hello All, 
 I have a problem with VPN Application that end users using it, the application name is psiphon. 
 I created a role for test to allow http and https service only and deny all Applications , so once i open the psiphon application and click connect the application is bypass the role. 
 can you please help me to stop that application.

 Have you tried creating an application control rule with Psiphon and actions as Block? Also, make sure you have Decrypt and Scan configured in the Web Filter profile and that profile is properly applied to the machine/user.
