Please note that you are using Sophos XG Firewall. There's a dedicated forum for that here https://community.sophos.com/products/xg-firewall/.

Please uncheck Use Gateway Specific Default NAT Policy and check. Also, make sure that traffic passes through this firewall rule using packet capture in the GUI.

If i will uncheck this option (Gateway Specific Default NAT Policy) then i need to reconfigure the configuration file for all the user or it will work with older configuration file

and what about below option,i mean it is fine or not

If you make changes in the Firewall rule, it does not impact your SSL VPN configuration and users will not be required to download the config file again. And regarding the option "Use as Default Gateway", it is the correct option.
