the UTM runs on 9.601-5 but I'm having this issue for quite a long time. As said in the title, our Apple devices are not able to update the apps or iOS as long as they are in our wifi. As soon they are connected with the cellphone network or another wifi updates are working. I found a lot of solutions over the years in the forum but none of them never really worked for me.
My wifi for the cellphones is configured as a separate zone.
- I deactivated IPS and ATP. No change.
- I modified the Apple Update rule in "Web Protection" => "Filtering Options" => "Exceptions": No change. But the network is not listed in "Allowed Networks" anyway as we are using "Standard mode" with Active Directory SSO".

- I disabled Web protection globally. No change
- I modified the existing firewall rule for testing: source: net-wifi; services: any; destinations: any. No change. No blocking of course in the log.
