hello;

 

i have an issue to classify some email as a spam

i want to now ,if  we have the possibility in sophos UTM 9 , to classify an email as a spam if it is contain a specific  words .

    Hi,

     

    Yes you can. Go to:
    Email Protection > SMTP > Antispam > Expression Filter

    From the manual:
    " The expression filter scans messages' content passing through the SMTP proxy for spe
    cific expressions. Suspicious emails will be blocked. Expressions can be entered as Perl
    Compatible Regular Expressions (with max. 128 characters). Simple strings such as
    "online dating" are interpreted in a case-insensitive manner. Click Apply to save your set
    tings"
