Could someone assist me in setting up a QoS rule for incoming Citrix traffic?

I want to reserve 20mb of my 40mb for incoming Citrix connections

I can provide details of what I have at the moment:

In my interfaces, I have set the download and upload as per my service, is this correct? It's in the status tab, it says Mbit/sec but I've just entered my normal mb rating of the line.

Under bandwidth pools, I have one set up with a bandwidth of 20480. The traffic selector I am using has Citrix CGP and Citrix ICA within it.

What am I (if anything) doing wrong?

Please click on 'Use rich formatting' and attach pictures of the Edits of your QoS WAN interfaces, Bandwidth Pools and Download Throttling rules.

If this is for Citrix servers that you host, are you certain that you need to worry about traffic coming in from the Internet?

Here are the screenshots you have requested, please note that I have no Download Throttling set-up at all (should I?)
