I have a problem to get Skype for Business running if the participating clients are on different locations which are connected over IPSEC. The remote networks has different network segments, no NAT. The firewall rules allow all traffic between these sites.
Each remote site has a Sophos UTM SG 330, Firmware 9.510-5. I can start the Skype for Business Call, but I get only one way audio. After approx. 30 seconds the calls ends. I have disabled IPS, but it doesn't helped.
Can somebody please help me?
