Country blocking specific port

Question

Hello, I would like to block a country but for certain port. Is that possible. 
 For example lets say i have 180.45.34.66 as my public and i run a service in port 9087 and i would like to block all incoming connections from china to that port 
 Is that possible?

Hi Panos X13, 
 That is not possible, although looking at this from another perspective, you could block china and then allow an exception for all the other ports except for 9087.

Also please note that if the service uses SSL or TLS on this port, China Will Block it from their side.
