BUG - Inverted settings in QOS Values

While configuring a QOS Rule in "Interfaces&Routing" > "Quality of Service" for limiting the bandwith of an interface, i discovered a bug.

If i limit the DOWNLINK to 6 and the UPLINK to 1, the result is inverted. The real UPLINK is 6 and the DOWNLINK 1.

In the List of Interfaces (QoS Menu), before clicking on the EDIT Button to set the Bandwitdth, the Information about DOWNLINK and UPLINK is correct, but different from the Values when you click on EDIT.

  • Well, that depends on which interface you set this.

The values are always from UTM's view, so when you are downloading something from the internet, this is an upload on your internal interface (from utm to your client)...

    Private Setup:

    • XG: HPE DL20 Gen9 (Core i3-7300, 8GB RAM, 120GB SSD) | XG 18.0 (Home License) with: Web Protection, Site-to-Site-VPN (IPSec, RED-Tunnel), Remote Access (SSL, HTML5)
    • UTM: 2 vCPUs, 2GB RAM, 50GB vHDD, 2 vNICs on vServer (KVM) | UTM 9.7 (Home License) with: Email Protection, Webserver Protection, RED-Tunnel (server)
  • I don'T think so. The same Menu reports two inverted values. When you set the value, the values have to be the same as in the summary in the menu 1 step before.
  • Sorry, I cannot reproduce this:
