Help, why has Sophos suddenly started detecting LOL as a threat when I try and join a game?

Maybe an pattern update.

Just make an exception for this traffic till this problem is solved.

Couple of AV vendors had a false positive with the current League of Legends Patch. Just check the league of legends community.
