ASG 8 not stop bypassing internet after unplug vga cable..

Dear All,

We have an issue with Astaro Security Gateway V8.

We didn't make any changes in settings & unfortunately once unplugged the VGA cable,ASG stop bypassing the internet to users.

anyone have any idea that what's the issue.Because after plugging it again and restart it's working fine.

Need help to sort it out.

Hala Ritesh and welcome to the UTM Community!

I would suspect that you have a hardware problem. When you can afford the downtime needed to do a cold reboot, I would try removing the VGA cable and cycling the power to the device.

Any luck with that?

Which hardware port need to replace ?

My guess is still a hardware problem, Ritesh. The first thing I would try is flashing the BIOS with the latest version from the manufacturer of your hardware. After that, I'm not a hardware tech, so I would have no idea other than replacing the unit.
