Hi everyone,

About Logging & Reporting > Network Usage, for ex:

Application: Facebook

User 1 has a bandwidth of 300MB (Obviously he used/opened facebook)

User 2 has a bandwidth of 70KB but is blocked from facebook (Category: Social Networking)

Q: Why is User 2 having a traffic in facebook? How to know if he really opened facebook?

Thanks.

  • John, is this Application Control or Web Filtering blocking the user's Facebook access?  If the former, he's not able to open Facebook.  If the latter, you may need to block an additional domain.

  • Hi Mr. Bob,

Is it possible that when you have access on Yahoo Mail and your Facebook is connected to your email and you opened a message from facebook (but you

can't open facebook, just the message from facebook via yahoomail), does it mean that that is where the bandwidths from facebook come from?

    Thank you.
