Nothing is logged, nothing is blocked?

Hoping someone can help me.

Our Sophos UTM 9 does not log any visited websites or search engine results.

The web filter also does not seem to be working - I can access websites that should be blocked. The Policy Helpdesk shows the website as being blocked, but our internal network seems to be allowing everything.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to what this could be? I checked all the settings but as far as I can see everything is configured correctly (active), and it was working before.
