One of my client noticed this, they need this report also for compliance reasons.

Comment from the first level of support from India. As expected, just a waste of time while the client is still waiting for the real explanation:

This could be a behavior which never reported before.
I would suggest you to first upgrade the UTM to the latest version.

Did you ever get a resolution to this. I have the same question and am running the latest version of the UTM.

Hi,

No, the last update from 08.04.2016 from support was that the issue is escalated to their 2nd tier support team. Ticket is still open in my UTM portal.
