packet filtering violations question

what is packet filtering violations and why in report packet filtering violation got gap?

How large are the gaps? Was there traffic passing during these times? Do you see large spikes in CPU or memory usage at these exact times?

I wasn't able to get the CPU Usage graph for some reason, but I'm pretty sure its around 40%
