Even after resetting WebAdmin password still unable to login

I've ran the commands listed in Sophos' KB and even after logging back into the WebAdmin and changing it; I still am unable to login.  

The setup is (2) SG330's in a Cluster, but one of the SG330's is actually powered off.  

I'm not sure if that makes any difference, but I haven't found any article that states anything about if your setup is a cluster or that you actually have to reboot after running the cc > RAW > system_password_reset command.

I've been on hold with support for about 45 minutes and figured doesn't hurt to try the forums.

    What is the number you dialled as there has been very little wait times this morning.

    For the issue, please run through the second part of the KB to reset all passwords in the GRUB loader.

    If this still fails to work then if you have a recent backup you can try manually restoring this from the backend:
    www.sophos.com/.../119814.aspx

    Unfortunately if you still cannot access the device, the last option is to to re-image the device, if you still have any backups you can apply one after the re-build: www.sophos.com/.../115879.aspx
