UTM 450:logging and reporting error

hi,
I am using utm 450 , with firmware 9.310 ,its web protection logs are not showing since two days .Any one know what to do.

Hi, and welcome to the User BB!

Do you mean that there are Web Filtering log files prior to the last two days and that the log is no longer being written? Does 'Logging & Reporting >> Web Protection' indicate that the proxy is active?

it is not contacting to liveconnect, any change in the policies not affecting the endpoints.But network connection seems to be correct.
