need help setting up Multicast Routing.

Could someone help me setup Multicast Routing?  I have read the kb article but still have questions.  the Multicast Interfaces I need to setup do I set up new ones or use existing ones?  And for the RP router what host can i use for this?

Basically I have 2 sites on site to site VPN, site 1 = 192.168.0.0/16 and site 2 = 172.16.0.0/24.  I want to set up Multicast Routing between the 2 sites but am unsure how to implement this?

could someone help me?  What would be the Multicast Interfaces on each site and what should the addresses be?  Also what would the RP be on each site?  Do i setup dummy interfaces by giving them IP's on the sites subnet?  I know i cant set a standard Ethernet interface without chosing a HW adapter, so what do I use Ethernet Vlan?

Sorry but I have become quite adept with Sophos UTM but what i read on the multicast routing kb article went over my head, i thought it might give me some examples that i could see to help me determine how to fit to my setup.

ive done that but need specific help, as nothing i can find tells me exactly how to set up the Multi INT's do i just create 2 on my subnet? and the RP router do i just use one of the Interfaces i create?
