Increase surfing quota for users

Hi.  I have quota activated.  By default, I'm shown 60 mins or so of quota when I try to access the category.  Is there a way to increase quota according to user group?  Where do I find this?

    I'm assuming that you're talking about the Web Filtering quotas and not Hotspot quotas.  Quotas can be set at Web Protection > Web Filtering > Policies.  Edit a policy, then go to the Additional Options Tab to change the time value.  This is done on a Policy by Policy basis.
