Second IP

Hi,

I want to access the user portal with different public IP then the primary public IP.
I did add the second IP address in the additional under the interfaces
and in the Management under user portal I did remove any network and add the newlly added IP address. but now when try to open the https://new IP get the error page cannot be display.

I can access the user portal with primary IP. also I can ping the newlly added IP.

the primary IP: 62.XX.XX.184
newly add IP: 62.XX.XX.185

    Did you do this for the Listen Address or the Allowed Networks?

    Also, you tested the connection from somewhere out on the internet and not from within your LAN, correct?

    I did add the second ip to additional IP from interfaces routing interfaces and additional address.
    Also from managment user portal did removed everything from allowed networks and add the second ip that i added in first step. 4he listen addres is any should i chane this one to second ip too

    yes i tried to access the portal from external location and not from lan

    Hi Scat,

    problem has been solved,

    I did add the Any IP4 to the allowed networks and change the listen Address to the second IP address and now I am able to access the portal only from the second public IP from internet.
