Change format of time.

Sumologic can't parse the time in log files.

The following was the timestamp in the message
2015:05:22-21:27:56

How do I change to MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss?

Can't you use "yyyy:MM[:D]d-HH:mm:ss" to parse UTM logs?
