Logdata seems missing on HA system

Hi everyone,
When I look in network usage under logging I see empty data. I suspect this has something to do with HA Master/slave config, as I had a scheduled change from master/slave this morning and up to that moment no data is shown whereas data is shown from that moment up to now.

Also when I look at a Yearly report I see long periods with no data which I suspect are also moments between master/slave takeovers and/or reboots.

Are there some settings that I need to adjust to have a full view of all data or should i check something else. HA is functional (slave is READY and master is ACTIVE).

    Try failing back over.  Does the same problem appear on the other node?  Are the same periods empty or are opposite periods empty?

    In any case, I think you will want to get Sophos Support involved.
